• The implementation of Ramco's solution led to significant operational improvements for the telecom company. The end-to-end payroll outsourcing service simplified the complex task of payroll processing for a large number of employees. The provision of on-site Ramco resources for submission of provident fund and other related documents eliminated the need for the telecom company to train its own staff for these tasks. The single point of contact between HR and the employees for their entire cash flow improved communication and coordination. The centralized system enabled seamless transfer of data across the entities and employees, improving data accuracy and consistency.
