The implementation of Nintex AssureSign eSignature has brought about significant operational improvements for Junior Achievement USA. The organization now enjoys turnaround times averaging less than 24 hours and receives nearly all completed documents without any errors or omissions. Many JA offices now receive up to 90 percent of their registrations electronically and register more volunteers than ever before. The digitization of the registration process has also eliminated the need for physical touchpoints, reducing the time and resources previously wasted on back-and-forth trips. In addition to volunteer registrations, many offices have also brought their event/project verification procedure online. The automatic routing of submitted documents to the originating JA area office's Nintex AssureSign sub-account and the creation of custom document routing workflows have further streamlined operations. By digitizing these and other processes, JA areas have been able to eliminate storage and other extraneous costs, allowing them to invest more in their communities, schools, and students.
