About The Customer
MAN Energy Solutions is a subsidiary of German mechanical engineering company MAN SE. It is a leading supplier of large diesel engines and turbo machines, with a staff of over 15,000 located at more than 100 sites internationally. The Challenge
MAN Energy Solutions, a leading supplier of large diesel engines and turbo machines, was grappling with a complex, hardware-intensive workflow system that was prone to failure. The system was built with a single point of failure, which meant that when it went down, it caused widespread productivity issues. The Nintex multi-point failover reduced downtime to nearly nothing, and the ease-of-use of the Nintex solution enabled business-side employees to build workflows on their own.
