The increased adoption of AIoT comes with high hopes for enhanced operational efficiency, improved customer experience, and more intelligent data-based business decisions. We will discuss strategies and success cases for firms dealing with AIoT during our next virtual Industrial IoT Think (& Do) Tank on Thursday, May 25th, 2021. Here, we invite digital-savvy executives from industrial companies, start-ups, and technology providers from various industries in the German-speaking countries and China to learn from one another and obtain insights and inspiration. IoT One and Excubate hereby kindly invite you to participate.

After an introductory keynote by Dr. Dirk Slama, VP Co-Innovation at Bosch and Editor-in-Chief of the AIoT Framework, the event will be devoted to allowing participants to co-create solutions for their own respective challenges in facilitated breakout sessions.

Balancing collecting information with taking action is difficult, and one often wrongly expects information to lead to action. In corporate innovation, both strong bias towards action and strong bias towards planning can prove to be quite harmful. How, then, can a balance between these two best be achieved?

We will discuss strategies and success cases for firms to navigate these conflicting priorities during our next virtual Industrial IoT Think (& Do) Tank on Thursday, March 25th, 2021. Here, we invite digital-savvy executives from industrial companies, start-ups, and technology providers from a variety of industries in the German-speaking countries and China to learn from one another and obtain insights and inspiration for their respective fields.

After an introductory keynote by Joachim Pawlik, Founder & Managing Director of PAWLIK Consultants, a large part of the event will be devoted to facilitated breakout sessions, allowing participants to create solutions for their own challenges.

Data-based business models are becoming increasingly relevant. Companies use technical progress to use their data not only to improve their products and services, but also for the targeted development of new business models. Despite the enormous popularity of this topic, only a few companies have so far achieved the success they are striving for in this domain.

One of the companies that has already achieved success in this area is wetter.com. Dr. Stefan Bornemann, COO of wetter.com, will share his experiences at wetter.com and his general insights into the topic of data-driven business models during this live keynote on November 19th. At the end of the session, there will be extensive time for Q&A with the audience.

This event is hosted by IoT One and Excubate, in cooperation with the Asia Digital Alliance.

Data-based business models are becoming more and more relevant. Companies use technical progress to make the data they have collected usable not only with a view to improving the products and services they offer, but also to target new and further development of business models. Despite the strong presence of the topic in public debate, so far only a few companies have actually succeeded in realizing the proclaimed promises.

We at IoT One, Excubate, and the Asia Digital Alliance therefore believe that a focused exchange of digital-savvy executives from industrial companies, start-ups and technology companies can greatly help decision-makers to clarify important questions on this topic.

After an introductory short keynote by Dr. Stefan Bornemann, COO at wetter.com, you can become active in breakout sessions with other participants and create solutions for your personal challenges.
